Deposit Issues
If your account hasn't been credited after a deposit, don't worry — just follow these steps.

Account Security
Every 7 Jaja account is protected with bank-level security. That said, taking a few precautions on your end will keep your account even safer.
Create a password with at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth or mobile number as a password.
Go to Account Settings and enable 2FA. You'll need an SMS OTP each time you log in — this keeps your account secure from unauthorized access.
No 7 Jaja staff member will ever ask for your password by phone or chat. If anyone does, it's a scam — report it immediately.

Common Problems
